Caring for the elderly has been in Glenn’s family for decades. His knowledge, expertise and adaptable style helps to direct Heritage Healthcare to being a leading provider of expert homecare. Glenn draws on his extensive experience as CEO to focus on key strategic issues.

Sally Pickersgill


An experienced professional, Sally oversees the in-house marketing department. Sally works to ensure that Heritage Healthcare integrate corporate social responsibility within every aspect of business operations. Sally also plays a key role in making strategic business decisions.

Michelle Fenwick QFP


Michelle became the first franchise professional in care in the UK in 2014. Michelle’s expert understanding of both franchising and the care sector enables her to offer franchisees the highest levels of support, whilst motivating and monitoring their performance.

Amanda Jackson


Dedicated to continuous improvement, Amanda led the implementation of international standards ISO and OHSAS within Heritage Healthcare. Her support of franchisees in every aspect of their business operations, notably CQC registrations and training, is vital for every franchise launch.

Yvette Bayley

Franchise Support Manager

Based in London, Yvette provides a key link between franchisees and head office. Yvette’s vast experience of the health care sector enables her to work with franchisees to develop and run an efficient business.

Lisa Goodall

Franchise Support Manager

Based in the Midlands, Lisa supports those in the west of the country. Lisa began her journey in the care industry from the ground and progressed into management roles. She has worked in both private and statutory environments, and has vast experience in working with the elderly, adult services, learning difficulties and mental health.

Morgan McAllister

Marketing Executive

Morgan holds a First Class Degree is Business with Marketing Management and has been with the company since the early stages of its franchise journey. Morgan works closely with Franchisees, providing initial marketing training and continual marketing support, enabling them to successfully build the Heritage Healthcare brand within their local area. Morgan also actively manages all company PR efforts and events.

Anna McCormick

Marketing Assistant

Anna began her career in Brand & Digital Marketing 2 years ago after completing a Journalism and Media Degree, and then went on to work in Digital Marketing for two years. Anna is supporting the Marketing Team with franchise recruitment and the development of leads online, including PPC Campaigns.

Zoe James

Marketing Assistant

Zoe uses her First Class Degree in Broadcast Media Production to create marketing content for the Heritage Healthcare, whilst supporting franchisee’s in the running of social media channels and digital campaigns.

Lisa Walsh

Finance Manager

Lisa began her career in care as a homecare assistant as has progressed to her current role. Lisa’s knowledge of Staff Plan, Sage and Excel enables her to provide franchisees with informed advice and guidance.

Chris Hallworth

Finance Assistant

Chris is currently working towards his Association of Accounting Technicians Level 4. Chris works alongside Lisa in providing support to both company owned and franchises offices. He builds positive working relationships and continues to take further responsibility.
