A brief overview of the steps you will make to become a Heritage Healthcare Franchisee. It will give you an insight into our recruitment procedure and what you can expect along the journey.
Our recruitment process is two way – you need to decide if a Heritage Healthcare Franchise is right for you and we need to decide if you have the right skills and qualities to run a successful franchise.
STEP 1: INITIAL ENQUIRY
You request some further information about our franchise opportunity. We send you an introductory letter, brochure and questionnaire via email and post.
STEP 2: COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE
You complete and return a confidential questionnaire. We use this to assess your suitability to run a Heritage Healthcare franchise.
STEP 3: INITIAL MEETING
We will assess your initial suitability and contact you to discuss the opportunity further. An informal telephone call will us the chance to have a further chat about the opportunity… It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have – we are sure you will have plenty at this stage.
STEP 4: SECOND MEETING
Usually a face-to-face meeting to attend to the detail and final issues either you or we have in order to make a decision whether or not to proceed.
STEP 5: PROSPECTIVE FRANCHISEE DUE DILIGENCE
We give you time to properly consider all the information, study the business model and financial forecasts, conduct further research, speak to advisors and ensure capital can be raised.
STEP 6: FORMAL OFFER MADE
Subject to our final prospect evaluation we will make you a formal offer.
STEP 7: ASSIST IN THE PRODUCTION OF A BUSINESS PLAN
Prior to acceptance the franchisee must prove they have adequate funding to start-up the business (working capital). If bank finance is required we can help and assist with relevant documentation if needed.
STEP 8: FORMAL OFFER ACCEPTED
Once finance is agreed, the Heritage Healthcare franchisee accepts offer by signing and returning Formal Offer acceptance, along with a 20% deposit. The pre-startup process can then begin.
